1. 어학성적: The minimum score required on the TOEFL is 580/IELTS 7.0
2. 학력사항: 4년제 이상의 대학 출신자로 학점 3.5 (4.5 만점) 이상인 자

- OTS 지원서 + 에세이 및 학업 계획서, 장학금 지원사유서
- 졸업후 ASML 근무는 의무사항은 아니나, 지원시 가산점 부여
